Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for any reason — including simply changing your mind or it not fitting your car the way you expected.

To qualify, the item should be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging, with any included accessories or dock hardware

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

There's no restocking fee and no need to explain why you're returning it.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and which item you're returning.
 

We'll send a return authorization and shipping instructions by email, usually within one business day.
 

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.

Once received and inspected, your refund is issued — see timing below.
 

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a defect — confirm this split matches your intended policy before publishing.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to reflect it on your statement.

You'll receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

A small number of items can't be resold once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons, and are excluded from returns unless defective:

  • Used or opened microfiber and applicator pads

  • Consumable cleaning solutions or coatings, once the seal is broken

  • Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such at checkout

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or product instead of a refund, note this when you start your return — we'll ship the replacement out as soon as the original item is on its way back to us, rather than waiting for it to arrive first.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — you won't need to return the damaged piece first in most cases.

Warranty Coverage

All tech and hardware items carry a 2-year mechanical warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This covers things like a charging dock that stops holding a charge or a mount mechanism that fails — it doesn't cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear on consumables like pads or filters.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 10 business days since you received your refund confirmation email and it still hasn't appeared, first check with your bank or card provider — processing times vary on their end. If it still hasn't shown up after that, contact us and we'll look into it directly.
