Shipping Policy

Where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Processing Time

Every order is checked, packed, and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
 

During limited releases or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3–4 business days — we'll always note this on the product page in advance rather than let it surprise you at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Remote or island destinations may require an extra 2–3 business days beyond the standard estimate.
 

International shipping is being rolled out gradually. If your country isn't yet listed at checkout, join the mailing list on our home page and we'll notify you as new regions open.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and courier link. You can also view live status anytime from your account under "My Orders."

Delays

Weather, holiday volume, and courier disruptions can occasionally push a delivery past its estimated window. If your order is more than 3 business days late against the estimate shown at checkout, reach out and we'll investigate directly with the courier on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the damaged piece first.
 

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we'll send a full replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We begin processing quickly, so once an order has shipped we're unable to redirect it. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped, with delivery fees covering the second attempt.

Customs & Duties

For international orders (where available), any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
